Designed to operate with the Diamond Products 300mm adaptor plate and KWIK-LOK diamond pads, the DP 300V supports a variety of grit options ranging from 16# to 150# grit, allowing operators to perform aggressive surface preparation as well as finer grinding and finishing applications with a single machine.
Powered by a robust 2.2kW / 3HP motor, the grinder delivers smooth and consistent grinding performance across concrete, stone, asphalt, waterproofing layers, epoxy coatings and glue removal applications. The floating grinding head follows the contours of the floor surface to improve grinding consistency and surface contact during operation.
The machine can be used for both wet and dry grinding applications, offering flexibility across different project requirements. For dust-controlled operation, the integrated shroud system can be connected to a Diamond Products dust collector to significantly reduce airborne dust during grinding.
Engineered for improved usability and transport, the DP 300V features a folding handle for easier movement and storage while the pivoting frame and guide shroud design allow the grinding head to work flush along straight edges and walls. The built-in Amp and Volt meter assists operators in monitoring machine performance during operation.
